Bulbophyllum Putidum is a a miniature sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte species also called as The Stinking Bulbophyllum. It produces cream-colored flowers with purple veins and a dark red lip. The upper sepal is oval in shape, pointed at the tip, covered with hair on the edge, dark veins, often hangs over the column. Lateral sepals are long, closer to the middle, they turn out to the other side and touch with each other. Petals are small, widely arranged in different directions, have dark veins with purple hairs of different length. The lip is crescent-shaped.
