I once ordered a schilleriana from Guna a couple years ago and the roots were a little rotted so I notified you. You immediately set up a return pickup and sent a replacement plant. I still have it and it’s doing well. Have told people about this good customer service. Generally see other orchid sellers not being accountable and do not take action. However, Guna seems to be very responsible in this manner.
