Paphiopedilum Parishii is also called Parish's Paphiopedilum. It is a medium-sized, cool to cold growing epiphytic and sometimes terrestrial species. It produces green-colored fragrant flowers. The dorsal petal is pale yellow with longitudinal green veins, and the lower petal is similar in color to the dorsal leaflet. The inner whorls are green at the base with a few scattered black spots, but on the upper half, they gradually become blackish purple with pale flecks. The lip is intensely green, saturated with a brownish-purple. Its side plots are intensely green and often have brownish-purple spots. The pollen chamber plate is yellow with a green marbled pattern.
