Vanda Sanderiana is a species of orchid. It is commonly called Waling-waling in the Philippines and is also called Sander's Vanda. It is considered to be the "Queen of Philippine flowers". The petals and dorsal sepal typically exhibit a pinkish-tan hue, while the lateral sepals are often a darker shade. These segments are beautifully contrasted by rich, deep burgundy or maroon markings that can appear as dense speckles or blotches, adding texture and visual interest. The lip is a prominent feature, often displaying shades of deep magenta or crimson, sometimes with yellow or white accents. This orchid captivates with its unique coloration and the fascinating detail of its patterned blooms.
