Dendrobium Purpureum var Alba is also called The Purple Dendrobium. It is a small to large sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte species. It blooms at most any time of the year. It produces sharp outer petals of the outer whorl and the rounded petals of the inner whorl white. The top of the lip sometimes has a green tinge.
