Phalaenopsis Maculata is a very rare species from Borneo. It is a small to medium-sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte or lithophyte with a very short stem, completely enveloped by leaf-bearing sheaths and, carrying, fleshy, bilobed apically, gradually narrowing below in to the base leaves that blooms in the winter with a lateral, long, racemose, few flowered inflorescence with small floral bracts. It produces white with brown-colored spotted flowers with a cute red lip.
