Beallara Marfitch 'Howard's Dream' is a hybrid of Brassia and Cochlioda and Miltonia and Odontoglossum. It produces lightly fragrant flowers. The large 5” blooms are dark grape-purple with white spotting throughout the petals and lip and yellow highlights in the throat. The frilly lip has a waterfall pattern. Tall flower spikes have 6-12 blossoms that mature at different times, so the flowering season is extended. Flowers last about 3-4 weeks. ‘Howard’s Dream’ is a late fall bloomer.
