The Calanthe Rosea, also known as the Pink Calanthe, is a striking terrestrial orchid species native to the deciduous forests of Myanmar and Thailand. This deciduous orchid is characterized by its large, pleated leaves that emerge after its flowering period. It produces tall, erect spikes that can reach up to 2.5 feet, bearing numerous beautiful, soft pink flowers. The blooms are typically around 2 inches wide, with a distinctive tubular purple lip and a white center.
